Since October 2014, CRACMO has been a member of the Rare Abdomino-Thoracic Diseases Health Network (FIMATHO).

The FIMATHO group is a networking facility which brings together reference centres (CRACMO, the centre for Rare Digestive Diseases (MaRDi), the centre for diaphragmatic cupola hernias and the centre for Rare Pancreatic Diseases (PaRaDis)) , associations (AFAO, APEHDIA, Life hangs by a thread - La vie par un fil, Miam Miam group, etc.), but also research teams.

One of its main missions is to foster cooperation between these stakeholders around common projects specific to rare abdomino-thoracic diseases. These projects are dedicated to improving care, research or training.
