The FIMATHO network in partnership with the Miam-Miam Group has developed   information and awareness sessions regarding oral feeding difficulties in the form of hands-on workshops and theoretical support. They take place in two stages: one day-long event for professionals, and a second day-long event for parents.

These day-long events, conducted at the network’s reference and competence centres, help raise awareness among as many frontline professionals (hospitalists, paediatric nurses and assistants, nurses, etc.) as possible about this problem and to develop local competences and initiatives. They also allow the families to meet, discuss and develop relationships with local professionals.
