The FIMATHO network has created an order form to enable its partners (rare disease centres or other healthcare professionals caring for patients with rare abdominal and thoracic conditions) to order materials such as information booklets and leaflets, birth kits, emergency cards, etc. It also enables them to request training or the organisation of information/awareness days (paediatric feeding disorders, transition from adolescence to adulthood, etc.).
